Shipping policy

At Eagle Ray, we aim to deliver your orders promptly while ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders ₹1,200 & above: Free Shipping

  • Orders below ₹1,200: Standard shipping fee of ₹100

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional fee of ₹100 applies on all COD orders

Shipping & Delivery Timeline

  • Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) from the date of order.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via your registered email.

  • Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days post-dispatch, depending on your location and pin code.

Undelivered Orders

If your order cannot be delivered due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Missed delivery attempts

The package will be returned to our facility. Once received:

  • Prepaid Orders: We will either re-ship the product or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled from our end.

  • If you placed an order by mistake or need urgent support, please contact us immediately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take a clear picture of the damaged item

  2. Contact us via Instagram DM @eagleray.in within 2 days of delivery
